Christmas Eve

We started the evening off with everyone getting new pajamas. Sarah, Mona and I put ours on and posed for a picture. We ate a Chinese dinner, put our cookies, hot chocolate and reindeer food out and then had hot chocolate ourselves. We also put the big key out on the mail box for Santa to get into the house. I think Mona is more excited than Sarah about Santa coming tonight. She wants to sleep on the couch to see if she will see him. She also keeps looking out the window. Everyone knows you have to be asleep in order for him to come. :)

Silly Sarah

Sunday Sarah was getting dressed and she was being silly. SHe pulled her tights up all the way to her arm pits. It was a silly morning!

Saturday was Longaberger's Great Cookie Exchange. We went to Darlene's and had lunch and cookie decorating and a Rudolph craft. There were many kids there to decorate. Snow in Houston

Well I didn't think it would happen but it did. IT snowed here in Houston and the schools got out early. When we got home, there was snow in the yard and on the house and all over the truck. After the "blizzard" that went on, Sarah and Mona went out side to play. They had a great time.

Sarah's a big sister

Tonight is the night for Sarah to become a big sister. It has been 3 years and 4 months since we were DTC and tonight we have our second child. Her name is Huai Xing and we will call her Micah. We think she is beautiful and perfect. She had a cleft lip that was repaired in China and as you can see looks great! Sarah is very excited and can't wait to share her toys and lovey.(We shall see what happens when she is here.) Tonight at dinner Sarah told us we should take both loveys so baby Micah can have one. She will need it if she cries. We are very excited about Micah and very proud of Sarah.

Sarah the pirate

Tonight as we gave Sarah her bath, she began to play with the pirate bath set that she was given for her birthday. She was having the time of her life.
